Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Conduct clinical research to enhance treatment approaches
- Support clients in behavior management and coping strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
Experience:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
- Experience in providing therapy services
